Alone in the Dark.. from the guy Uwe Boll(sp?) who directed the film "BloodRayne", that Meat is in.
AITD, isn't as bad, as some critics have said. Ok, it's made after a video game, and it is predictable, still.. I've seen worse.

RadioMaster 20 Aug 2006 20:18

The game was pretty good...remember when it came out, it was the first game boy game, which had a pc-like 3d optic! The game itself was unimportant, but the graphics...grrrr:drool:

No chance I'm watching that, I cannot stand snakes!! The last film I watched I cannot remember the name of. A true story about some guy on death row. Quite good but useless info seeing as I don't know what it was called:))

Who Framed Roger Rabbit?

Last movie I saw was Cars, starring the voices of Owen Wilson (who I recognised) and Paul Newman (who I didn't - how ashamed am I?)

Me too! Thought about watching it, but then I saw trailer and I decided that I wouldnt need to see that...

PS: it is well thought out that I didnt put the vid directly on here...

Eddie's Teddy 25 Aug 2006 10:35

I also watched Eight Below just recently. I liked it but then as it was a story about dogs that was always likely. It was loosely based on a true story. Very loosely mind!

V for vendetta is a brilliant film a definite must see.

Pink Panther i had misgivings about this as i didn't think steve martin would be able to step into the shoes of peter sellers. he madea very good go of it however. i found it very funny although slightly lacking in parts. a good effort but not quite up to the standard of the originals...

Pink Panther is the worst movie ever. I found not even one funny part. It's stoopid!
The Big Lebowski is the funniest movie I have ever seen. It's perfect. From the first to the last second. Great actors, great screenplay and awsome story.

Jeanie 03 Sep 2006 01:22

"Asylum" Not what you think, not a horror movie but a twisted tale of a love triangle and unexpectedly better than I thought it would be. :)

Did you like Cars?

Hypnobabe 04 Sep 2006 18:12

It wasn't bad, for a kids film, having had them at home for the last six weeks and been made to watch every video they have on constant repetition, it was nice to watch something different!

Wasn't talking about kids...was talking about myself...really wanted to see it...how was it for an adult who never grew past ripe age of 5 mentally?

 You know me so well....

I love Pixar films, although they're kids films, they always seem to throw in a little something for the grown-ups. It did put me in mind of Days of Thunder in parts, but I think maybe that's because the only motor racing I'm used to seeing is Formula 1 on British TV, rather than Indy Car racing (or whatever it's called) with proper car-shaped cars.

Owen Wilson was good, as was Paul Newman, not sure who played Sally, the voice seemed familiar but I couldn't place it, and I loved the little Italian cars who owned the tyre shop - the one who changed the tyres at the end (you'll know who I mean if you've seen it) reminded me of the French fish in Finding Nemo, the one who cleans Nemo when he first arrives in the aquarium.

I'd say it's worth watching, but then, I'm just a little kid at heart too!
