We are taught very basic first aid at school but as most of our first aiders aren't qualified to teach first aid so they can just show us the books and it is down to us to understand and go out and find out more.

My dads a qualified first aider so I know most of what I need to know to survive. When I was four I could have saved that childs life, my dads always made sure I've known what to do, the ABC when he says it now I go mad.
