And for all those who cared to send me texts (and you all know who you're) wishing me Merry Christmas and Happy New Year - I thank you from the bottom of my heart and very sorry didn't reply to any...was out of the country (sunny Bahamas...YEAH!!!) and first no service and then every beep of my phone wasn't very cheap...that's putting it mildly...so sorry...

Saw that you weren't very well...are you better now? Many people get sick around Christmas time...it's stress of the season and large crowds of people which, thank God, this year I managed to avoid...the best Christmas ever...although it was a bit strange to see palm trees with Christmas decorations and Christmas decorated yachts, etc...

lol, yep... took over an hour and some digging to get out the drive and 300 yards up the hill...

only then to be stuck in traffic... so sod that...

so in conclusion... 106's are great in the snow... but not when its over 7 inches deep and with a layer of ice at the road surface

not as bad as I was expecting.

got a call this morning that my mother had an accident and had to be rushed to the hospital. (I left from my parents yesterday morning)
Got the second call a few minutes ago, broke her right shoulder twice, doctors sent her home again, said they'll decide on tuesday whether they have to operate or not.

Still not good news though :(
