I've put on half a stone over winter, becomes harder each summer to lose winter weight.... Is it my age?

nah ... it's the chocolate and 18 pints of lager a night

Well developing allergy to choccy, upsets tum, tum,and as for the lager, please I am a lady who only drinks the finer things in life, ie scotch, tequilla and southern comfort........

you really shouldn't be mixing your drinks in your condition....
