Concert For Diana And meat!
 

Well, I cecked the website once again, concertfordiana.com and they don't say they have more artists to announce so I think thats all of them on the site... NO MEAT :shock:

But one thing is, I might tape it or someone else can - I don't know, as you never know, they might of forgotton to add him to the list or he might make some speacial entrance..... I don't know either.....

Just thought you would all like to know that I don't Meat will be there.... We'll have to wait and see..

He IS on the setlist.
At least that's what universal is saying for his upcoming tv appearances.

In Germany RTL2 is broadcasting the concert exclusive, but in ther commercial, they did not show Meat's name.

My understanding that was Meat would perform this, as otherwise there'd be no need for the Bristol show on Friday, although I was told that they'd be "going home" after Bristol...so I guess we'll just have to wait and see, though my money would be on him doing it :up:

I hope so.... and if so, I wonder what he would sing...

Exactly - we'll be away anyway so we'll be watching the highlights on TV or the Meat bits on the internet...I'm not stressing about an event I'm not going to!

There's full coverage on Radio 2 as well as TV coverage, so that'll keep us company on the road trip.

The concert is a celebration put on by Princes William and Harry to commemorate their mother's life and achievements. All official channels seem to show the same cast...guess it's official list...including "among others"

and universal is still stating he's on, BUT this wouldnt be the first time universal was providing wrong info.

I'm guessing it was just an opinion, just like it is when someone says it about Meat.

Unless I was overcome by a wild and very specific form of amnesia I listened to the lot on the radio and did not hear any Meat at all, Did hear some people that should never be allowed to sing live tho cos they were crap

Watched it, some performers were brilliant, others, not so brilliant. Time wasted for me.

I agree, some were better than others and for the life of me I don't know how some rappers make a living but saying that it can't be easy setting up mikes and sound etc so that it suits all performers.

Kayne West and P Diddy were ok tho'!!

As for Meat not being there, if his voice has taken a battering recently it was probably a good thing...nothing to promote anyway.

Didn't see much of the concert as we didn't get to our hotel until just after 10 last night, but what I have seen looked like a great night, would have loved to have been there :up:
