I must admit the title of this could be used for a number of songs she has covered, but yes this is bad.

Though Anastacia does do it some justice, since she can sing heavier songs...sometimes.

For a good version of this, have a look at the steven tyler and brian johnson version which does exist on youtube.

 Oh sh..., it sounds like country rock. Anastacia is not that bad but Celine Dion should stay away from rock songs.

I am a fan of Celiné Dion and mabe I'm being biast but I actually really like this and her voice meshes well with Anastacia.

Shania Twain also covered this song, looking at the link you gave and she's reknown to be a country artist...

Hayseed Dixie do the best version of this ...

If you don't like Celine Dion then it doesn't matter what song she's singing you'll think it's ruined. I don't mind the titless French Canadian, I wouldn't pay to go see her though.

As for the best version of this song, I'm with Andy and Hayseed Dixie has to be the best.

Shania Twain, at the time, was married to Mutt Lange and he produced back in black so i'd say that would've been a big reason for her covering it.

I think she puts a bit more of an ummph into it, so to speak, then Ms Dion did.

As for hayseed dixie...

Why only rock songs??

Her voice grates on me so much I would not be unduly saddened if she contracted permanent laryngitis, Not wishing her ill you understand:twisted:

I don't have any particular dislike for Celine Dion, but have to say her version definitely lacked something. I only got partway through listening!

ps - agree with Andy

I Love Celine Dion no matter what she does :-) I have been a fan for many years and seeing her in concert last year was one of the best concert experiences I have ever had! She is my idol and the one I look up to, but of course everyone is entitled to their own opinion :-)
