• Hell In A Handbasket is released towards the end of the year
• It is not called Hell In A Handbasket
• It creates much arguing on here due to it's content
• Sony re release Bat Out Of Hell in time for Father's Day
• It originally appears on release schedules as coming with a bonus CD, Wario wets himself, then it turns out to be Hits Out Of Hell (again)
• The Wembley '82 DVD is released in time for the summer
• Meat does not tour Australia or the UK again in 2011
• Meat and Kasim/Mark continue to take the occasional pot shot at each other
• The Bat musical does not premiere in 2011
• Someone will accuse me of being negative at some point :twisted:

The new album could come out late Summer /early autumn ish I reckon, at least if all the songs have been sorted out already. It's possible Meat already has everything booked with Cavallo, who doesn't seem to be scheduled to work on anything else at the moment except for a 78violet project I see on wiki. I predict the album will be recorded with most of the band members this time and less guests. At least that's what I secretly hope!

Touring. Hmmm. Really not sure. I think it is probably more likely to see a short UK/German tour towards the end of 2011 rather than dates added in Oz. But what do I know. :shrug:

As for Jim's musical, I'm afraid we won't see it this year or in the rest of this new decade. :-( I blame the people he is surrounded by more than anything for that.

I'm all for that :)) Him touring New Zealand would be nice though, but I predict that won't happen...again :(

All the publicity regarding Meat and Busey will result in them making a film together. Meat will play Patrick and Busey will portray Schmedrick. It will be an action film in an amusement park filled with thrill rides.

You've got it mostly right, there. Had to remove a couple that were perhaps wishlist items rather than crystal ball retrievals. :-P

I will start another facebook get Meat to number one campaign [ and fail ]
Rob Cavallo will not produce the new album [ inside tip odds 3/1 ]
Meat will be told what and when to release [ by people in the know? ]
Meat will be given vocal tips again as he fails to hit a 2000th high c in a row
People will argue about the title of the new album
People will dislike the sound of the new album and state how dare Meat not sound like he did in the 70,s?

I predict that there won't even be a Bat Musical to make a balls of in 2011. :twisted:

Maybe not in 2011, but with Jim's direct involvement it all falls upon him. He's had years to get this right. Anyone else is a hired hand. If it does begin and it flops that is Jim's baby.

40 years ?

My predictions:

* They will film a concert dvd of an upcoming show and a backstage documentary that accurately reflects Meat's legacy.
* Meat & company will continue to perform awesome shows throughout the year.
* The new album will feature great songs along the lines of LOTO.
* There will be new Meat/Patti duets where Patti actually gets to SING (unlike LBIL).
* We will get to hear these new duets at the concerts. (We haven't seen a new live Meat/Patti duet since CHSIB in 2003.)
* The new album will get the reception and respect it deserves this time around.

15 June 2011. Bat Out Of Hell re-enters the charts at Number 1. Just beating Hell In A Handbasket at Number2.
22 June 2011. MLUKFC members start a new campaign to get HIAH to number 1. Evil One buys the last remaining CD at the local Record store, pushing HIAH to Number 1.
Meat Loaf gives half of all album sales profits to MLUKFC to be equally shared.

Lol, the evil one prediction will probably happen at some point today. Interesting that you said you won't be touring the UK but not Australia. Good news for Australians I say. Still they need something to cheer them up after losing the Ashes. Hey if you're going over there how about filming with the MSO again?
