Meat injured his foot

According to this german page, he injured his foot, after the Wetten, dass.. ? - show and is in the hospital in Berlin.

Maybe someone can translate it.

It says Meat damaged a ligament in his ankle but flew to Berlin so he could continue his schedule of interviews. It suggests he will do them from his hospital bed if he's kept in. What it doesn't make clear is whether he's torn or strained a ligament. Both are of course painful, but the recovery time for each is different. With Meat's always busy schedule he'd want to be sure he got the best treatment and healed as quickly as possible.

Whatever it is, I hope he has a speedy recovery. Nothing worse than enforced rest!

 Isn't that the truth, Mel. And knowing Meat, it's not going to be easy to keep him down. I don't envy his nurses. ;)

According to the Berliner Morgenpost, Meat is already out of hospital and gave some interviews from his bed at the Hyatt Hotel at Potsdamer Platz in Berlin.

Wait. Is he still in the hospital? Or did he go for the ankle injury and already has been released? Confused!

Sounds really painful but I'm sure he will be fine after a short rest, It will take more than a ligament tear to put Meat down :-)

Tri.somethin 06 Dec 2011 17:37

Glad to hear Meat is doing better
