do you think jim ghost wrote masculine?
It's far too good and catchy. It totally sounds like a jimmy song in disguise.

no
(welcome back, youve been ever so quiet) |
You know, you come out with some crap but you genuinely make me laugh out loud - never change!

However, there is a fundamental error in Wario's original post that intimates that Masculine was written by someone at all, when in fact it more than likely mutated of its own accord from within Frank Farian's recording studio ... in much the same way the Ebola virus came into being. |
Jim has scribbled better on the back of napkins that he threw in the trash can. The idea did make me laugh though :D

 I think he did :yep:

Well similarties between Masculine and Steinman's writing style are there, the monologue in the beginning for one. Secondly the obvious overpowering male presence to the robust act of sexual conquest. The chorus was pretty good also, but I felt the whole album was a mix of 80's while trying to capture the Jim Steinman style.
True not all of us like Masculine but there are some similarities with Masculine and lets say You Took The Words Right Out Of My Mouth. |
Oh... I wish I could (but I cant)
|
I can imagine Jim preforming Masculine. It would be funny cause he would put more piano and chorus in there and his fabulously perverted tone of voice (like when he sang Bad for Good or Love, Death, and a American Guitar) singing those lyrics.
"When she wants to play rough I'm masculine"! Or even Rory Dodd with his Michael Jackson type "woo-hoo". "In the heat of the nite Masculine…woo-hoo-ho-wo And in the dark of the day Masculine…woo-hoo-ho-wo Anytime, anyplace, anyway Masculine…wooooo-yeah!" |
 Rory Dodd singing Masculine :lawl:
