Ozzy Osborne
 

Ozzy Osborne has been seriously injured whilst riding a quad bike at his Buckinghamshire Estate.

The injuries sustained are a broken collar bone, 6 fractured ribs, and a fractured verterbrae.

I'm sure we all send our good wishes to Ozzy for a complete recovery, and a special prayer for the Osborne family who have gone through so much this past year.

Sad news but have no doubt - He'll be back! (Especially if the boys & girls at my local hospital have anything to do with it! I'm actually a hospital radio presenter there too, so if I find a Black Sabbath request in the studio tomorrow night, then I guess I know where it came from...)

Let's hope he makes a speedy recovery.

blimey the poor family they have been through so much this year.
thank goodness sharon is such a strong woman or it would be enough
to crack you up, but even so you can only take so much.

Heard this on the news earlier, aparantly hes been treated in an NHS hospital isn't he, so the hospitals cant be that bad.

I read a little while ago that Ozzy on Ventilator in ICU. According to publicist Cindy Gaugenti, Osbourne's condition is not life-threatening and he is expected to recover, though he did sustain severe injuries, including eight broken ribs (upped from an initial count of six), a fractured collarbone and a broken vertebra in his neck.


The 55-year-old rocker underwent an emergency operation at Wexham Park Hospital in Sough, west of London, to lift his collarbone in order to restore blood flow to a major artery and alleviate bleeding in the lungs.

Yes, wish Ozzy and Sharon all the best. They've certainly had enough health problems, as has Meat.

Whenever I see Ozzy and Meat mentioned together I :lol: and think of Sharon's comment. Seems that they used to live near each other, w/ Pat Boone in between. She described it as a "Hell Sandwich"! :twisted: :lol:

on the NME news it says they are trying to get him of the ventilator
but it may take a few days, also the operation to restore blood to
his arm was a success, but that he is stable and the only reason
he is unable to speak is because of the tube.
this news came 30 minutes ago, so hopefully all may be well, i hope so
anyway, continue to wish the family and ozzy all the good wishes
in the world, come on ozzy you can make it, we know your a fighter.
