<FONT COLOR=#FFFF00>MEAT LOAF</FONT> is to appear with <I><FONT COLOR=#FFFF00>Samuel L Jackson</FONT></I> in a new £18 million film called <FONT COLOR=#00FF00>"The 51st State"</FONT>.

Filming starts at the end of this month in Liverpool (UK) for 10 weeks. It also stars <I><FONT COLOR=#FFFFFF>Ricky Tomlinson</FONT></I> who plays Jim in "The Royle Family" and <I><FONT COLOR=#FFFFFF>Robert Carlyle</FONT></I> who played Hamish Macbeth, and has been in the films "The Full Monty" and "Trainspotting" amongst others. Samuel L Jackson plays a master chemist who heads to Britain to set up his last big drug deal. He soons falls into the Liverpool underworld and a network of double-dealing.
