OK here's my 2 cents.
From what I understand you're 16 (maybe 17)
You want to earn money
Your parents want you out of the house
You want an education
You could at that age with your parents permission join the Army and go to somewhere like Princess Marina College at Arborfield or somewhere. Maybe the Navy or Airforce do similar things.
