Wow. One is fleeting to my thinking, although with love and luck, a gratifying moment and memories we all strive for in enjoyment and satisfaction... The other is an 'inward thing' that if attained will hopefully bring us peace and personal fulfillment rather than that of the body, and the rewards of living a life that achieves the goals of the higher aspirations.
.... Somehow I think one cannot truly choose between them.
If you can perhaps you need more of a balance within your days.
