Just on the Stoney/meat Loaf discussion, Ebay.co.uk has the original LP - bids start at £9.50. I woulda bid myself but i dont have anything that plays LP's. maybe one for the collectors! Seller says:

UK release on the Prodigal Label (a subsidiary of Tamla Motown) Record Number PDL 2010
This is a 1979 LP though the recordings were made back in 1971 at Tamla Motown Records in Detroit
Stoney is better known today as Shaun Murphy lead vocalist for the band Little Feat
Record and sleeve are both in very good condition and the record plays with no problems
