Thanks David. After copying everyone I could think of on my e-mails to him, Bill finally responded and is sending me a refund. (I'll believe it when I see it.) I probably can't say what I think of the man here but I'm surprised Meat Loaf would ever associate himself with such a person. Then again, maybe thats why the cars never got signed.
