Whoever drew it up and advertised the packages as on sale from 14 March doesn't seem to have realised that other tickets have been on sale for ages. REAL Fans have already got theirs so....
If you want to upgrade you sell your exisiting ticket (if you can); forfeit it and buy an upgrade; or don't upgrade.
On the merchandise front I don't entirely agree with Andy, many fans had difficulty affording a £15.00 programme last time though as a colector I appreciate this is quite the norm.
