I've posed a number of these questions to signatures network. The replies I have had so far are as follows:

1. Signatures Network has no relation to Turnstyle, the past fan club management. They have no ability to make good on their offer. They suggest fans contact their credit card regarding Turnstyle, though it is probably too late. They have been tasked by Meat Loaf to correct on past problems and build a new fan club going forward. It is a step by step process, but they hope you can see they are making efforts to work and address concerns.

2. They gave me a history of Signatures Network... "we have been in business for 30 years. We manage or have managed the fan clubs and ticket programs for acts such as... U2, Motley Crue, KISS, Fleetwood Mac, Rod Stewart, Jessica Simpson, Britney Spears, Alice Cooper, John Mellencamp, Madonna, and others. We work very close with each artist and their management to build a fan club and ticket program with their approval and involvement. Signatures Network has been producing the official merchandise for 100's of acts for 30 years... everyone from Bruce Springsteen, The Beatles, Ozzy, KISS, and many many more. We have a long history and relationship with the artists."

3. They DO NOT automatically renew memberships. They will notify when a membership is about to expire, but it is your responsibility to renew if you wish to continue.

4. They DO NOT store anyone's credit card information.

5. For shows already put onsale they are not able to offer upgrades to the fan club packages. they apologise that they were late in offering the UK tickets, but the delay was a result of taking over and moving from the old fan club and the lack of cooperation.
