Thats really wierd that....I have the same success as Winston if you can call it that....when i first had the bat as my background it didnt work, the transparancy wasnt right, so i downloaded Firefox and was using it on there, i then came back on to Internet Explorer today and the transparancy works fine....Very strange...but am happy
