Speaking of Meat's velvet coat, here's a funny story for you ...
the group of us from the M&G were backstage in Atlantic City.
We had just finished the tour, and were waiting for our chances to talk to Meat.
I was talking to Kelly (from Fanfire) when I saw the wardrobe mistress pulling coats off a rack for Meat ..... when she pulled down the velvet coat, I just stood there saying "Wow." John Micheli came walking towards me, stopped, and turned around ... Kelly laughed and jokingly said "she's not saying that to you John". He said "I know ... I just wanted to see what she was talking about .. " I burst out laughing, pointed to the coat and said .. "there's just something about velvet ..."
He just rolled his eyes at me, shook his head and kept right on walking ...
