I'll try Radio.. ok, sirloin is an expensive cut of beef here in North America, ie: sirloin steak. Meat was joking around with a bit of self deprecating humour, that if the Queen should ever knight him, he would change his name from the humble food of "meatloaf" to a knights name befitting his original name, therfore becoming, Sir Loin. Now do you understand?
If you still don't understand, Radio.. just know that Meat was poking fun at himself. :)
