Why is it that when I phone the Jessops store at Newcastle for the fifth time today to ask if they can hold some photos until the 17th Oct when I can get through to pick them up, let the phone ring for two minutes straight and get no answer, yet two seconds later when I try again they've answered the phone to someone else?????!!!!

Why they're getting printed at the Newcastle store is a mystery to me, I specifically asked for them to be done at the Sunderland store, and I'd be on my way to get them by now!
