No Cathie just trying to make you laugh and relax.
Just think of some good things and relax when you want to go to sleep.
What I sometimes do if I can't sleep is just let my mind drift and think about my body relaxing, eg first one leg, then the other, then my arms, and so on. Relaxing works for me....
don't expect it to work at once though, it requires a bit of practice..
