Personally I do not think that the Euro is a good plan. One of the main problems with it is the need for economic harmonisation. This means that the British economy would ahve to compare to somewhere like the Greek economy. We are already beginning to see the problems inherent int he system in the case of the German economy where I believe that Germany, in trying to maintain it's economy, has fallen foul of the EU commisions rules and is being fined. Thus one of the former great powerhouse economies is starting to derail. Somehting that could happen to the British economy.

Also, do not forget that the British economy is linked in to the rest of the British Commonwealth more intricately than it is linked to Europe.

Anyhoo, only the Queen can take us in as she is the Head of State rather than that jumped up little snotrag of a prime minister!!!! (and don't even get me started ont he EU Constitution)
