The only CD available with the English demo's (Steve Barton, Elaine Caswell etc) was given out to the press for the Broadway opening. Those tracks that was on the CD are exactly the same that was available for download at danceofthevampires.com (which is now defunked) or now

If you really want to ownthe CD that was given out to the press ( why I have no idea
) then it does pop on Ebay now and again, but be prepared to pay out of your backside for it. Like I said, the mp3's are no different in songs or quality.
