Ashamed to say i got out of bed about an hour ago - Pat took the boys out for a while so i could sleep, and Mum has them tonight, and i'm feeling nice and refreshed

T - you wanna get to either the docs or the opticians if you are getting loads of headaches - although it could well be that the headaches are caused by stiiting starring at a computer screen for too long....
