The Meat Loaf Live video was shot in 1982.
Bob Kulick wasn't a part of the 1981/2 NLE line-up. Elton John's guitarist Davey Johnstone and Mark Doyle were the two guitarists for the 1981 German leg of the tour. By the time the tour moved to England in 1982 Davey Johnstone had been replaced by Steve Hunter.
