2 weeks time...how do you come up with 3 weeks?
In any event...our forecasts are all crap...that's why I am asking...you can LITERALLY hear announcer say that it's a beautiful day and you look out of the window and see pouring rain...and then you think...where the f*ck are you that you can't look outside your window???
