Midnight is much better live, the percussion really brings it to life
Life Is A Lemon live I absolutely love...when I was younger I was never overly keen on the album track but the live versions over recent tours have just got better and better, the MSO version is spot on I think.
Rock and Roll Dreams live is a really hard one for me...the album version is so so special to me, but I was completely blown away every time I saw the live version in May. It still had the characteristics of the album version - the heavy bass at the beginning etc - but the extras made it even better...the ending really is one of the most wonderful things I've seen in a live Meat show (I'm honestly welling up thinking of it!
), Dave's sax is increadible....I could go on forever!
Couldn't Have Said It Better live with MSO is better than the album version in my opinion, as is Testify from the same show
