Well,it's hard to explain

Basically it's a 20 foot tall metal "object".
It has the head and limbs of a lamb,and a banana shaped body.It is painted bright yellow.
I'm sure that a group of modern artists got together and had a bet who could sell the most pointless piece of scrap to a large city as a piece of art.
Liverpool city council made this artist the winner
