Hi JC.
As it's a hand signed card,it is neccersary for you to receive it.
Again,the only thing I can think of to help you out is to ask you're news agent (or any other local shop that knows you) if they would be willing to accept a piece of mail for you.
That way you will be able to sign the card without giving you're address to anyone
