Indie Store - run by 7Digital, for unsigned artists
Music Zeit - offers FLAC and MP3 Sales.
They are amongst others out there.... Mind you though I do like hard copies aswell. But I have to say, most people prefer selling their music online becuase more music sells online nowerdays plus it saves the expenses or either duplication or replication (depends how many copies you get produced) along with artwork!
I'll be having hard copies made though
