not yet a done deal...waiting for bank to do whatever it is they do with the valuation, waiting for my homebuyers survey to arrive on my doorstep...and waiting for the people whose house i am buying to get a move on with buying the one they're buying...but it's more a done deal than the one that was taken off the market mid-purchase...mostly i'm being held up by their purchase though...as they had to wait for my survey before getting theirs done, apparently. and was looking at furniture coz I need a new bed and cannae find one i like anywhere! ikea's not too bad here...yeah they have cheap stuff but a lot is good too
