I'm a bit of an SK fan, I must confess, and on the whole the novels are better than the films - it's the thing about no-one being able to see it the way you do in your imagination - there are a few that are best avoided tho', The Tommyknockers and The Langoliers to name two, and a few more that have nothing to do with the films they became, The Lawnmower Man being one notable one! The Green Mile and Rita Hayworth and the Shawshank Redemption both come highly recommended... Oh, and The Dark Tower series is well worth a look, gets a bit weird in the middle, but the ending's worth it...

Quite a clever flick I thought. I'd seen bits and the ending before. But seeing the whole thing was definitely worth while. I recommend this one.
I loved this film.... but I'm a bit of a sucker for John Cusack, and anything with a smattering of a twist in it.... Have you ever read the IMDB.com trivia notes on it? Specifically the last one, with the spoiler warning? How I'd love to have seen the look on her face... snigger snigger....
