YES.
There's some good songs on the album, but the production lets them down.
Nothing will happen though unless (perhaps) Meat does something really big.
Bat III should have been the "event" that brought Meat bak to center stage, but I just don't think it was pushed enough.

The success of Bat II showed the record companies that Meat WAS a seller and that it was worth while pushing products with his name on them.
He showed them he still had his old fans, and that he was capable of generating new ones.
Unless he makes a big noise, his influence will not be felt by record companies he is not working with right now, and those companies will believe it's not worth polishing an old album because those who want it have it
