Install a second browser, and turn sounds off in that (or in your original browser). Use that browser to use the arcade, and the other browser for youtube.

Or, this would definitely work, but requires a tad* more work:
- Install VMWare or Virtual Box or Virtual PC
- Create new virtual machine and install operating system of your choice
- Disable or remove the sound driver in this operating system
- Run a browser in this virtual machine.
- Use the arcade with no sound
whilst you use youtube as normal
