I see it from this point of view: The DVD only costs a few bucks, so it isnt making anyone poor. But if people buy it, and like it, they most likely want to see the rest of the footage and buy HooH and MSO as well. And if they dont like it, they would probably have never spent 20€/$/whatever for a whole concert DVD, yet this way they get a glimpse of Meat Loaf's music and can decide themselves.
