I tried!! But focussing on my special place requires a lot concentration which I sadly can´t bring up before or during the flight All my senses are so tensed that I can´t think of something else BUT I reckon that´s a matter of training, so perhaps with more hypnoses sessions and stressful situations I could learn the trick how to focus on my special place...
