Hi! I believe that was supposed to be the name of the follow up CD to Bat Out of Hell, but it never came to light due to a whole bunch of different things -- i wondered about that part of the article too! :) Take care!!

FALLEN ANGEL was the name of yet another one of the "greatest hits" packages. It was released in Germany this year and was widly available for import around the globe.

As to the name of the scrapped Meat Loaf album, that would be RENEGADE ANGEL. This was the working title to the album that was to be the followup to BAT OUT OF HELL. RENEGADE ANGEL later became Jim Steinman's solo album, BAD FOR GOOD.
