Well after i gotta tetanus shot my arm was hurting for days.
its probably the blood vessels are trying to rehabilitate the lost blood and is clotting to repare. the pain you feel can be attributed to harmless glands of the aorta.

or its simple that your arm is just extreamily sore from the extractions and just needs a good work week to heal (5 days)
