There the two customary versions, one A4 and one for North American paper. PM me if you'd like one. They are in 2 zip files, 8-9MB for the A4 version and 7MB for the A4. If you need a smaller zip I can email them in four lots. Just let me have your email address, the version you want, and if you need the smaller zips.
