they changed the name of the tour from STN to 3BL halfway through. For marketing reasons I guess.
In fact I went to several concerts where the ticket said Seize The Night but the show itself was advertised as 3 Bats Live.
Meat said at some point that 3 Bats Live was the second part of the tour (after he returned from the US I think), but that cant be true as (as I've mentioned) I bought tickets that said Seize the Night for the second leg of the tour as well.
