I doubt many people in the audience were thinking "he didn't hit that note very well".Think they were too busy thinking "holy fecking crap, it's Paul McCartney".
I think the suit was a mistake
, it made him seem a parody of himself.I'd expect it from a tribute band that's getting a wee bit on in years but on him it looked a bit daft.
All in all though, it's not often he performs these days, so it's nice to see that he can still please a crowd, even if it's not technically perfect
