Rock And Roll Dreams definitely wasn't from the Hudson Theater. It was from the live rehearsals for the Bat 2 tour. Everything Louder is most likely from said show and someone is just playing silly ~~~~~~s with the crowd noise.

Oh, and your set list is slightly wrong. Heaven Can Wait was before Objects on the Bat 2 tour.
