yea, the likleyhood (sp?) is that you wouldn't get sued for putting a youtube video up though, the worst i've heard of is videos being removed and accounts closed, which i admit still isn't nice.
I see loads of stuff like that on there still, so it's up to you whether you want to risk it lol but just be prepared it might be taken down
