Yes, although given he has the album featured heavily on his FB page, he may be hoping to catch the attention of people who haven't visited it or don't visit it regularly.
I doubt a quick tweet to remind people is likely to be stress for either Meat or his PA
Just a twittered line isn't overtaxing, but neither does its absence suggest anything particularly significant to me. And like others, I look forward to seeing him twittering again :)
