Aside from the fact that I hope that Meat does not explain the term "concept album" to the presumably ignorant part of the audience (because he obviously has a rather funny conception of what that is), your assumption doesnt make sense. If no one knows what a concept album is why bother making one or selling an album as a "concept" album? In this case you could also take
any concept / story and tag it to the album. Oh... wait a sec...
By the way, I just checked out Tom Jones' new album and I rather hear a concept on that than on
HCTB.
