I have a problem with how some award systems are structured. I don't agree with five men sitting around a table deciding who should win or not. It should be the public or well established film critics. I'd love to know who these people are that have the final say on who wins or not. The Oscars are flawed to be honest not so much the grammys. The RNR Hall of fame seems pretty flawed too.
