Hi again! I've been sitting here trying to raise my spirits from the abject horror of considering Ahhnold as my Governor for the next three years!! The thought of Meat and the band playing with an entire symphony AND being able to see and hear that experience did the trick!
Glad some of you are also excited by the idea!
To Meatmymainman (love the name, by the way!
): I wasn't fortunate enough to have seen Meat at any of the Night of the Proms in Europe, but I know that several people here did go and will perhaps tell you about their experiences. (I'd love to hear them, myself!)
But the thought of NOTP made me dig through some of my tapes here and I can share a bit of what it might be like for all of us in February, when the MSO joins the Neverland Express.
Here's the path to the sample, taken from European TV after the Proms were over.
After rewatching my tapes, I just can't wait for the DVD and CD from Australia!!
