Oh alright I'll tell you - Last year in August we bought a pc with all the bits from PCWorld, it went backand forth so many times, engineers took residence in my house, well it seemed like it! They kept telling me I was doing something wrong
Finally a help line chappie, who shall be anonymous asked what my serial no was, I gave it to him, and he replied "I'm sorry to tell you you have been sold a second hand pc for a new price
" Trading standards were ready to take PC World to court, when a gracious offer made by them, for an upgraded pc chosen by myself ,with upgrades on the printer, scanner ,camera, etc., was accepted by me. But I have never set foot inside their showrooms, since then..
