Indeed, this is a hoax. It was done as an attempt to see how easy people would be fooled and it reached the headlines everywhere before the people admitted how it was done. They got a truck with the same number plate, branded as American (it was filmed in a German parking garage) and made the video as vague as possible to "seem" real.
